BODY BLISS DAY SPA GROUP MANAGER

South Africa’s leading corporate player in the development and management of property and the leisure sector, currently has the following opportunity. In accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of the Group, preference shall be given, but not limited to, candidates from the designated groups.

As the Spa Group Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all of the Body Bliss Day Spa’s. This includes the overall operations of each spa, as well as the management of all therapists, with the specific purpose of providing the highest standards of spa services to the clients.

Key Performance Areas:

Your management duties will include:

Assisting with establishing company procedures and standards and ensuring that they are maintained at all spa’s and by all therapists
Overseeing efficient and cost effective stock control and asset management systems
Staff management related duties such as assisting with staff recruitment, staff performance, staff training as well as the efficient use of time by all therapists
Adhering to budgetary requirements
Position Requirements:

Strong proven people management skills & the ability to manage staff
Minimum 2 years working experience in the industry
Good interpersonal skills
Computer skills
Ability to performing various administration duties
Stock control management
Good financial understanding
Must be prepared to travel to spas and Head Office on a regular basis

Should the successful candidate reside in Johannesburg or Durban, the candidate will be allowed to work from home and travel to the relevant spas.
