Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (strong in word and excel)

Fluent in English and well spoken

Comprehension

Personal presentation is important

Must be able to work under pressure

Must be able to contribute to the service level expectation of a goal orientated team

Must have excellent time management skills

Knowledge of Sectional Title - favourable

Job Specifications:

Typing of letters, minutes, notices

Correspondence (verbal and written)

Answering of calls/queries

Computer and technology savvy

General administrative work

Responsible for handling correspondence, management of records.

Attending of meetings (including meetings held after hours) and recording of minutes accurately.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (strong in word and excel)

Own transport required

Good communication shills

Applicant must be able to work after hours, when required

Provide assistance and support to company personnel

Accuracy and attention to detail

Well organized

Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

Salary dependent on experience
