Admin Assistant (Gauteng)-Hirsch’s
We require Admin Assistants for our various Gauteng branches. A diverse role for the right calibre person.
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Driver’s license
Excellent communication and written skills/li>
Good telephone manner
Able to deal with customer queries and complaints
• Proactive and shows initiative
Main Duties:
Cashiering duties
Typing of proforma invoices
Emailing clients, receiving proof of payments, relaying information to clients via sales consultant, passing on client requests to the sales consultants
Customer queries and complaints
Answering the phones
Thank you sms’s and emails
Promotional emails
Television licenses
Receiving and distributing of faxes
Daily reports: Daily report, cashiers age
Filling
Our retail outlets working hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday; 08:00am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 4.00pm
Alternate Sundays 8.30am – 4.00pm
Day off each week in lieu of weekend hours
