Allocate supplier payments
Allocate customer deposits
Debtors
Process invoices and credit notes
Deposit allocation to customer
Reconcile debtors
Debtors collections
Creditors -
Process supplier invoices and credit notes on Pastel
Request statements from suppliers monthly
Reconcile creditors monthly

Process payments both local and foreign before due date
Send remittances and proof of payments to suppliers
Credit card
Allocated expenses on credit card statement
Process credit card expenses
Reconcile credit card monthly
Petty cash
Manage petty cash
Process petty cash expenses and income on Pastel
Reconcile Petty cash monthly
Replenish petty cash when needed

Requirements
Pastel essential
MS office and outlook
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Customer service orientated
