Main responsibilities:
To ensure the correct capturing and processing of all incoming legal advertisements.
Ensure advertisements are processed error free thus preventing double bookings and credits.
Ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Offer excellent customer service to all advertisers.
Display and execute outstanding administration skills.
Monitor competitor newspapers to ensure advertising spend is maintained and increased.

Minimum requirements:
Matric qualification essential.

Core Competencies Required:
Good command of the English language.
Two to three years' data capturing experience.

Must have excellent telephone etiquette.
Attention to detail is a must have
