RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide telephonic/remote support to end-users ensuring all incidents are responded to within strict time requirements.
- Provide remote and telephonic support to field/onsite technicians
- Logging & allocating calls to technicians
- Analyzing and solving problems within a team environment
- IT support for retail systems (point of sale and printer equipment)
- Basic admin tasks
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge/Experience with retail systems will be advantageous, but not required
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
