Call Centre Agent Training Available

We are looking for a Call Centre Consultant in our Customer Support Centre that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a passion for sales. Dont worry if you dont have call centre Experience, because we will ensure you will receive support from your Line Manager and the best on the job training.

Contact Centre is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s complains and solve it, our customers make it interesting and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks.

Customers Service; Supporting new and existing customers over the phone, dealing with enquiries, compliments and complaints.

Call centre Experience not Essential as Training and Induction will be conducted .
