To offer suitable customer service to the customers who visit our stores, to meet customers' product demands in compliance in line with the company's fundamental values, policies and procedures and to meet the questions, complaints and suggestions of customers by using the correct communication methods and to report them to the store management in order to meet customer satisfaction and to ensure that they are satisfied as they leave our.
To prepare the products for sales, to change labels during price revision and discount periods, to collect the products to be returned and transferred from section to the stockroom area and to carry out the product visual merchandising transactions in line with the company’s standards and on the targeted time so that transactions can be carried out effectively in the section under his responsibility.
To create standards regarding the conducted activities, tasks and related processes, to decrease the malfunctions encountered, to determine the improvement, development and risk areas, to contribute to meeting the institutionalization requirements, to participate in the training activities in order to increase and support the knowledge level of the persons and units which will make use of these tasks and activities.
