Candidate Requirements:

- A conscientious individual who is able to use their own initiative, does not need to be spoon fed and is able to use their discretion should a situation arise which would require it, would be the most successful candidate for this position.

- Ideally the candidate should have some sales or administration experience.

- The individual must be computer literate this is nonnegotiable.

- The individual need not be outgoing or particularly vivacious but must be able to navigate a social setting professionally and deal with clients both telephonically and in person.

- Professionalism is an absolute must, the individual must be well presented, neat and hygienic.

- The individual must be a fluent English speaker, alternative languages are a plus however the ability to speak English fluently is nonnegotiable.

- Basic mathematics skills are nonnegotiable, the individual will be working with cash and will not be able to survive in this environment without these basic skills.

Job Specifications:

- answering phone calls
- basic invoicing and quoting
- processing payment via cash, eft or credit card
- consulting with clients telephonically and via email

- the store is in Woodstock, Cape Town individual must have a mode of transport to the location
- working hours are form 8 - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Salary:

- dependent on skills of individual, previous knowledge and experience.
- salary will be negotiable after the trial period of three months
- non commission environment
