KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1. General Administration
a. Faxing and forwarding, filing, typing and emailing
b. Daily updating staff attendance registers
c. Assisting staff where needed and overflow admin duties
d. Cellphone and contract control and administration

e. Metro file archivingf. Staff timesheet capturing
g. Arrange courier services timeously
2. Reception
a. Answering switch board, taking messages, greeting visitors
b. Overseeing operational related issues
c. Control of kitchen cupboard, supply of tea and coffee etc.
d. Overseeing office cleaner
e. Control of stationary cupboard and ordering supplies
f. Maintain a professional front line image
g. Ensure professional housekeeping in reception area/front office
h. Provide appropriate refreshments, catering lunch for visitors, board meetings etc.
i. Organize and controlling boardroom bookings
j. Control and arrange service requirements such as watercoolers and aircons
k. Control of marketing materials, corporate gifts and online ledger
3. Personal Assistant
a. General Assistant duties for MD
b. Compiling yearly training registers for SETA
c. Compiling yearly training register for MD
d. Booking flights, accommodation and obtaining visaβs for staff
e. Arranging and booking conference venues
f. Assist with function organization
g. Assist with adhoc tasks and office projects
4. Experience, Qualifications and Skills
a. At least 2 yearsβ experience in a receptionist role
b. An Office Administration qualification will be advantageous
c. Matric is essential
d. Excellent customer service and communications skills shows forth our S-A-V-E values
