Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 Qualification (Matric)
Diploma in Nursing, human resources or administration is an advantage
Experience within the Medical Industry or Quality Assurance

Experience with Project Management
Experience supervising a small team

Key Outputs
Demonstrate knowledge of quality improvement processes and procedures
Demonstrate basic knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply these in the workplace
Demonstrate knowledge and application of all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. BCEA, Skills Development Act)
Demonstrate ability to compile statistics in Excel
Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office Suites (formatting of Word documents, basic Excel formulas, formulating presentations in PowerPoint).
Sound knowledge of company policies and procedures
