"Busy, busy, busy, and then busier" describes this role. You will support the project managers in the Project Management Office and you need to be confident in the Project Management space. Your responsibilities will include:Financial administration (resolving financial queries, recons, and budgets);Taking minutes at project group meetings, steerco's PMO forum, etc.;Maintaining project data on PPO (project management tool);Coordinating timesheets;Project reporting;Managing diaries;Organising travel & accommodation;Managing assets for projects; and,Project functions. Essential Function: You will need 3+ years' experience in a similar role and a Project Management qualification will be advantageous. You must have a proven track record in a corporate environment as well as the ability to act as a junior project manager on small projects. Proficiency in MS Office (Full suite), self confidence, strong attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work independently are just some of the skills you need for this role.
