Permanent Customer Service Advisor

A well-established, global company based in the CBD is currently looking to hire experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their contact centre. SALARY: R6500

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: Permanent
DUTIES: Receiving and making outbound calls Taking action of incoming queries Escalation of calls Delivery of results as per company SLA Resolving complaints from customers
Build and maintain good client relationships

ALL APPLLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Matric/Senior Certificate Clear Credit and Criminal Records At least 2 years customer service experience within the BPO (UK contact centre advantageous)/Retail/Hospitality or a Frontline Service Industry Fluency in English & an excellent command of English (neutral accent) is vital
Good communication and listening skills
Have a flair for problem solving and must be an analytical thinker
