THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Financial management – drafting of budgets and financial reporting to the Trustees
Administrative duties

Bookkeeping skills:
To be able to take books to trial balance and handover to auditors
Experience in dealing with SARS and administering PAYE and e-filing for a small company
Issuing of client invoices and contractors’ invoicing
Monitoring and implementation of all accounts receivable and follow up
Assisting the Financial Trustee at month end
Load payments and debit orders onto Standard Bank Business on Line
Reconciliations and filing
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in an office
Have a sound background in administration and accounts
Needs a Bookkeeping / Accounting background and will take books to Trial Balance and then hand over to the Auditors
Have very good computer skills including MS Word, strong MS Excel, Sage Pastel Partner and Outlook
Driver’s Licence and own vehicle is essential
CANDIDATES MUST ALREADY RESIDE IN KNYSNA AND SURROUNDS
Finance & Administration
Submit monthly reports on all sections to the Trustee’s Management Committee
Taking of Minutes at the Trustee’s Management Committee and/or other meetings
Experience dealing with SARS and administering PAYE and e-filing
Monitoring and implementation of all payments including casuals, contractors, creditors, cash in and out and the receipt thereof
Monitoring and implementation of all accounts receivable and follow up
Monthly and bi-weekly payroll for + 4 Members of Staff
Working closely with the Budget Committee and Financial Trustee to produce an annual budget
Preparation and timely distribution of all AGM documentation
Update sales records and implement sales procedures when a Member sells their property
HOURS: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Thursdays
8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fridays
