We are looking to employ a vibrant, well presented person as a frontliner for our shop from the 1st of October. You will be the first person customers interact with, so it is important that you have exceptional people skills; good communication skills and be patient, calm and willing to go the extra mile for them. We are looking for someone who loves interacting with all sorts of people and who is organized, self-motivated and good at admin. Knowledge of our products is very important and therefore you must be willing to learn it. Experience in Optics would be a bonus.

Customer service is of utmost importance to us, and therefore there a number of things that will be required of you:

- Administration & organisational skills: online quotations; obtaining medical aid benefits; invoicing; submitting medical aid claims; filing; ordering & checking up on jobs; recalls; basic accounting

- Debtors: following up on outstanding accounts including medical aid claims

- Sales: sales experience is important as you will be helping people choose frames and lenses.

- Communication skills: Fluent in English and Afrikaans; respond to emails, Facebook messages, following up with customers & answering the phone in a professional manner. Be able to resolve issues in a professional manner and ensure our customers have a positive experience.

- Computer skills: emailing, excel, word, social media

- Qualification: Matric or higher

- Non-smoker
