CMDS is a specialist consulting and accounting practice based in Plumstead Cape Town. We have been working with non-profit organisations for more than 25 years.

Required:

Matric and/or diploma NQ level 5 or higher
A drivers’ licence and regular access to a car
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other South African language
Excellent telephone manner
Good computer skills including: MS office suite and other online applications.
Interest in, and flair for, social media and the creation of publicity materials
Systematic and thorough approach to tasks
Main tasks include:

Reception and switchboard duties

Oversee the day to day running of a small office
General and financial administration
Event organisation
Maintenance of social media platforms, website and print materials
Running various errands
The position will suit a person who is:

Vibrant, capable of multi-tasking and organised
Eager to gain the experience of working in a small business environment
Keen to be trained towards an Operations Manager’s position in 2-5 years.
