About the Position
Office Assistant / Receptionist
Property Management Company is currently seeking to employ an Office Assistant / Receptionist.
The idea candidates must be dynamic, have initiative, good speaking voice, able to do own correspondence, good command of the English language, must be either bilingual or German speaking with very good English as second language.
Must preferable have worked in the hospitality industry as well.
This person will assist with front of office for the Guest House and therefore would need to work every second Saturday thus must reside in the area or stay in on the working weekend.
Must have own transport.

Duties will include, but aren't limited to:Assist with reception, answering telephone for both Guest House and Property business
Assist with arrivals, check ins
Assist with queries
Assist with Guest House reception filing.
Maintain the telephone system
Stationery orders
Service call outs for maintenance matters and services on copier etc
Assist the Project Manager with scheduling meetings and filings.
Assist the office manager with tasks as provided
Assist the accounts department with document filing.
