Merchandiser – Garments/Manufacturing

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who has understanding of Woven & knit fabric & knitwear across men- & ladies-wear, kids, infants/new born. MUST have Matric coupled with some tertiary education/ clothing and fabric knowledge. Must have manufacturing experience and/or retail and understand the critical path. Liaise with buyers and suppliers on a daily basis and will be responsible for lab dip, trims, print strike offs, bulk fabric and sample submissions. Must have a valid driver’s license and passport because of travelling to factories overseas. Be fluent in English, but French will be advantageous.
