Marketing Co-ordinator (6 Month maternity cover)
Qualification and Experience:
Tertiary qualification in the form of a marketing degree/diploma
2 -3 years related experience in a similar environment
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Organised, highly energetic and able to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task and be proactive
Job Description:
Event co-ordination

Execute the Africa event schedule โ including end-to-end event management when required, budgeting, logistics, pre and post event communications and reporting Assist the US and EU marketing managers with various types of events โ including pre and post event communications
Support the production of external webinars
Brand promotion co-ordination
Prepare submissions for awards and surveys where required
Ensure the smooth roll-out of (company style) updates
Promotional Stock co-ordination
Manage the marketing stock including budgeting, supplier relations, brand consistency and oversee inventory control
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure outstanding service at competitive prices
Oversee the production of new business cards for all jurisdictions
Reporting
Create and maintain a dashboard of key business statistics to support the BD and
Client Management teams
Create and maintain client type reports for MDs
Create and maintain a database of standard responses for use across the business and across various mediums
Generate monthly marketing reports of all global marketing activity for EXCO reporting
Manage the Marketing Job Log
Communications
Manage the email marketing communications from email generation through to reporting
Execute intranet articles and uploading of content to pages in a timely fashion
Maintain the marketing contact database in line with GDPR and data protection requirements
Marketing collateral
Ensure that all existing collateral is kept up-to-date and complied, through regular reviews and the ad hoc updating of key information
Support the business with presentations and the production of presentation slides
Manage the Marketing Toolbox and take responsibility of the content available to the business
Maintain the Compliance Rubric register and ensure correct rubrics are applied across various collateral formats
Content co-ordination
Manage the production of our external newsletter which goes out three times a year โ source articles, manage review process, coordinate setting and distribution, compile reporting to identify enhancements
Coordinate the generation, review and distribution of thought leadership articles to specific audiences
Digital content
Manage and execute email marketing banners using the email marketing software
Co-ordinate the roll-out of any new AD groups in relation to email marketing
Update existing email marketing templates as required
Budgeting
Oversee the payment process through our payment system Fraxion and the logging of all committed and actual expenses to ensure spend remains within budget
Perform monthly analysis of CSD reports
Relocate misallocations in the budget where required
Work with the Marketing Management team on ad hoc projects, e.g. offices moves, new collateral, acquisition
