Our client in the food exports industry is looking for a new professional to join their team.

Only candidates with previous experience in the fruit industry will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Stock control on Navision
Coordinate load-out instructions to cold-rooms
Coordinate and communicate road, air and sea-freight needs
Control standard costs, along with finance
Ensure system and data integrity i.e. reports
Understand and manage administrative outcomes of export documentation
Preparing reports and assisting Operations Director with projects.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric with relevant tertiary training or degree.
Relevant experience in export logistics coordination of minimum 3 years
Freight forwarding experience & relationship management
Advanced computer literacy – Microsoft Office
Knowledge of export operating systems, & understanding how to optimize & tactically plan outcomes
Knowledge of fresh fruit handling and varieties could strengthen application, especially w.r.t exotic products


Salary: Market related and dependent on qualifications and experience.
