WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING!

Day to day admin and support for supply chain department
Booking of trucks, arranging loading and offloading
Raising purchase orders for stock movements
Requesting export quotes
Preparing shipping documents
Compiling listing documents
Warehousing and stock transfers
Data capturing customer complaints
Arranging couriers
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!

Basic logistics experience (trucking, palletizing etc.)

Basic export experience (air freight, sea freight)
Good, confident telephone manner
Exposure to or experience on a finance system (Sage/Pastel etc. for stock transfers and purchase order
Feel and demonstrate a natural affinity and possibly even an “emotional connection” with BOS’s brand, products, and evolving business philosophy
Be happy and passionate about life, people, and have a well-rounded life outside of work
