The Administrators will form part of a small admin team at our new Warehouse in South Gate, where both clerical and admin support is needed. You will also be involved with the management, co-ordination and implementation of office procedures (in conjunction with our Head office), while assisting with and managing reception duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Front Desk and Reception
Manage HR functions in liaison with Head Office
Assist walk-in clients & dealers
Maintain office systems
Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office
Manage the maintenance and organisation of office equipment and supplies
Monthly reporting, etc
Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)

Possess excellent Customer Service skills under stressTake own initiate in problem solving
Be organised and able to take direction under authority

Excellent telephone etiquette

Further Requirements:
The successful applicant:
Reside in the Johannesburg South area
Must have at least 2 yearsβ experience in a similar role
Must be able to delegate and manage people successfully
Have must own transport and valid driverβs licence
Must have a strong personality that can handle heavy workloads and motivate the admin team
A very organized person that can make sure nothing goes missing or unattended
Should be able to communicate very well in English AND Afrikaans
No criminal record
