Internal Sales Representative – BUCO George

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders, being ever mindful of company standards of appearance and behaviour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting customers at all times
Ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times
Listening to customer requirements and offering advice/alternatives
Dealing with customer queries
Taking telephonic orders
Ensuring that all non-stock items are quoted on and purchased in accordance with BUCO’s buying policy
Ensuring that agreed delivery times are met
Assisting with loading of customer goods when required

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Matric
3 year’s retail sales experience, in building/construction environment
Experience in paint is essential

BEHAVIOURAL DIMENSIONS:

Good interpersonal skills; Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel); Customer focus; Sales ability/persuasiveness and Knowledge of Kerridge
