Our Retail Branch in Cape Town is currently seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our internal sales team. Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide efficient and effective service to all customers

2. Provide the customer with the required application and technical information regarding colour,grade,price, stock availability and use of tiling related products.

3. Use sales and marketing techniques to influence customers to purchase

4. Make out orders and advise customers of the process, i.e payment to cashier, arranging delivery,dispatch from Warehouse, etc.

5. Follow-up with customers who required samples or measurements

6. Ensure Sales Representative area is neat and clean at all times

7. Ensure personal appearance is immaculate at all times to project positive sales and company image.

Key Requirements:

1. Matric

2. Computer skills

3. Able to work weekends and public holidays

Suitable applicants must demonstrate the following knowledge and abilities:

1. Some tile product knowledge

2. Customer service and selling skills

3. Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

4. Attention to detail

5. Excellent time-keeping and work ethic
