Responsibilities:

- Check-ins and check-outs

- Assist with the administration (invoices, filing, emails etc.)

- Office management

- Guest liaison (making activity bookings, restaurant and cab reservations on guest request)

- Handling deliveries (matching orders with the received deliveries)

Skills:

- Good communication

- English speaking (German speaking is a bonus)

- Presentable

- Punctual

- Friendly

- Knowledge of Cape Town

- Good researcher

- Computer literate

Education

- Graduate (Hospitality student is a bonus)

- If only matriculate then the candidate should be of great eagerness to be groomed
