Our client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner in the Sasolburg area.

Qualifications and Experience:


Post Matriculation qualification in HR Management, Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification
Sound knowledge of HR related legislation (BCEA, SDA, EEA,LRA)
Advanced computer literacy (MS Office and HR systems; CRS would be an advantage)
Minimum 3 years relevant Generalist HR experience in a manufacturing, mining environment will be an advantage.
Experience in implementation of world class practices
