Handyperson in Cape Town

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting the Facilities Officer with providing maintenance iro: Carpentry, basic electrical repairs, painting, plumbing and setting up planned services for drains, gutters, light fittings, etc
Ensuring a safe working environment at all times within the business
Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
Maintenance of workshop and stores
Maintenance support, liaison and monitoring with all parties concerned including that of Technical inspectors.
Requirements:
Grade 10
Relevant technical and building maintenance experience
Available immediately
