Job Purpose

To effectively supervise the front and back office staff to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and the stock file is accurately maintained whilst ensuring a high level of customer service.

Education & Experience:

Matric
Tertiary Qualification (Advantageous)
2 – 3 years retail stockroom experience (Stock Management)
1 year supervisory experience – minimum of 3 permanent direct staff
Flair for administration and adhering to correct policies and procedures
Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
