Victoria & Alfred Hotel in the Waterfront is seeking to fill Finance/HR Admin Assistant position. The successful candidate will have the following attributes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPS are adhered to
Daily / weekly / monthly reporting
Submit reports to HODs / management
Organograms
Pension submissions
Distribution of pension statements
Annual increase letters
Visa renewal letters
Confirmation of employment letters
Telegrams

Lexis checksAny other duties that may be required

Must have Pastel experience
Excel intermediate skills
