Field Service Representative

Ecolab is currently seeking a Field Service Representative to work in our QSR business unit. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with our customers in an assigned territory and providing them with personal customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and sanitation needs.

What You Will Do:

Develop and enhance customer relationships while providing personal customer service and solutions for their cleaning and sanitation needs.
Accountable for the achievement of sales, expense and customer visit frequency target for assigned territory as defined by regional plan.
Provide food safety and sanitation advise as well as educating through training to customers on procedures and products.

Effectively communicate with all levels of management, including customer headquarters, distributor channels and internal Ecolab organization.
Advise customers on quality assurance and conduct customer store visits to help maintain clean and sanitary establishments.
Utilise problem solving and trouble shooting skills to install and maintain dispensing systems.
Completes all required reporting on a timely basis.
Be able to work independently and maintain own schedule.

Position Details:

Candidate must reside in: Cape Town
Cities within this territory will include: Western Cape, Eastern Cape and KZN

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
2 years’ experience in a field service role.
Professional experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Strong relationship management capability with outstanding consulting skills.
Proven ability to deliver results and possess a strong competitive desire.
Must have the flexibility to handle emergency calls at night, during weekends and on holidays based on customer needs.
Preference to have an electrician qualification
Hold valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
