JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client requires a candidate to work for the Quality Assurance Department, the DTP Operator will be responsible for the compiling and maintenance of owner’s manuals and parts manuals. Manuals are compiled in Adobe Indesign CC and set up for outsourced printing.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and development of new and current owner’s manuals.

Design and development of new and current parts manuals.

Design & maintenance of company forms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Graphic design or desktop publishing related qualification.

Ability to compile a book on Adobe Indesign CC.

Knowledge of website design using Adobe Muse/Dreamweaver advantageous.

Good Microsoft Office skills.

Multilingualism would be beneficial, especially European languages: French, Spanish & German (not required).



Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Marine experience would also be advantageous.



R14 000 to 16 000 CTC per month
