Dialler Administrator:

Summary of Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for the first line of communication – dialler individual to liaise across departments to collect data for multiple dialler campaigns. Data is loaded daily as per queuing requirements of the client and operation.

The Dialler/MI Administrator shall be responsible for day to day dialler administration, recommending, supporting, and implementing departmental initiatives for operations to optimise contact and conversion rates.

Essential Functions:

Daily monitoring of the dialler hardware and intraday operational function – communication with operations and clients regarding progress, status and issues as required.
Clean dialler files & upload Leads. Run dialler exclusions
Extract, transform and load data from various data-sources/systems to provide visibility of performance to the operation
Produce operational reports to support operational performance and decision making

Provide functional-support to all relevant (internal & external) stakeholders
Analyse and identify areas of improvement for operations.
Ensure effective allocation of data through Dialler/CRM systems for optimal productivity and quality control.
Own end to end dialler process’s and maintain process documentation
Keep up to date with any changes to legislation and OFCOM, TPA regulations and recommended courses of action.
Provide recommendations on dialling plan for the day to ensure optimal use of resource and performance.
Experience Required:

Min 1 year dialler administration experience will be advantageous
Min 1 year experience in the interpretation of call centre analytics will be advantageous
Proficient at MS Office – Excel advanced
SQL skills advantageous
Knowledge of contact centre systems and process’s – Collections experience advantageous
Personal Skills:

Strong relationship management skills
Able to demonstrate strong communication skills to multiple stakeholders and levels
Self motivated and able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
