Debtors Clerk

💰Salary	R12 000 - R14 000 a month

As our debtors clerk, you will be processing debtors invoices, statements, processing and following up on outstanding debt, attending to administrative mails, processing and allocating debtor payments.

Your job will include liaising with all departments and establishments of the business and generally ensuring that we collect revenue owing to us to help us remain a great business!

Requirements
We are looking for the following non-negotiable skills:
Diploma in accounting
Two to three years' experience in a debtor/creditor role
Fluent in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent soft skills i.e.: telephonic skills
A collaborative team player-attitude
Self-motivated
Open to feedback and critique
A pro-active learner who takes responsibility for own development
Flexible and adaptable; someone who understands the importance of meeting the business' needs
Organisation skills: Planning, prioritising and clear communication
High attention to detail
