Our UK client based in Maitland and CBD is looking for driven, motivated and energetic customer service consultant who are willing to work in their growing BPO.

Candidate Requirements
6-12 months customer service experience within a call centre

National Senior Matric Certificate

Clear Criminal Record

Clear ITC

x2 contactable references

Willing and able to work rotational shifts (Shifts are roasted between 9am - 10pm/total of 8 hours work per day) 5 days on 2 days off (The two days off might not be consecutive days)

South African Citizen

Basic Salary - R6250

Weekend Hero Bonus - R700

Shift Allowance - R650

Primary Care and Provident Fund

20% of Basic is based on Performance/KPI's

6-7 weeks of training
