A National FMCG's concern requires a well experience Creditors Clerk to join their finance team. The suitable candidate will be responsible for assisting the financial department focussing on the Creditors.

Qualification:

A matric certificate
A Tertiary Qualification in Finance
Essential Requirements:

2-6 years in Creditors Role
Working knowledge of SAP
Good knowledge of Microsoft office including advance excel
Attention to detail and time management skills
A solid understanding of Creditors role within the FMCG industry with proven track record in the FMCG enviroment
Working knowledge of accounts payable and EFT payment procedures and requirements

Positive and can do attitude
Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices and perform creditor reconciliations
Prepare payments batches and load onto bank timeously.
Liaising with Suppliers
Costings of imported stock
Perform general administrative tasks
Manage and drive the approval process
Ensure the accurate processing of invoices
Ensure the authorization of invoices by management
Ensure the accurate payment of creditor on the due date
Dealing with all creditor queries & communicating with management
