Dialler Administrator
We are looking for a hands-on self-starter with experience in administering dialler systems to join our dynamic and fast paced credit operations teams.
The ideal candidate will be required to take ownership and accountability for administering the day to day operations of the dialler, as well as constantly and passionately pursue initiatives, processes and solutions which will further optimise the collections campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring campaigns while looking at key performance areas and consulting with the Collections team.
Ensure close alignment with contact strategy and campaign execution.
Real-time administration and analysis of dialler campaigns.
Manage first line fault reporting on system issues.
Identify trends in agent behavior and provide feedback to the Operations team.
Responsible for reporting on campaign performance.
Requirements:
2+ years proven dialler administration experience.
Presence dialler experience required.
Experience in Avaya administration will be an advantage.
Collections/Call Centre experience.Remuneration:
