Client Services Assistant University Graduate

A great career opportunity at Afriforesight, the largest independent commodity research house in Africa, based in Cape Town. We require an intelligent and ambitious selfstarter who is comfortable working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our corporate clients.
Your goal will be a high client retention rate.
Ensuring that clients optimally utilise our forecasts and analysis. This includes arranging meetings and presentations by our specialists as well as coordinating arrangements for our conferences and other events.
Act as a bridge between our company and our clients by anticipating their needs, as well as by providing information about other products and services that could assist them. This requires having an excellent knowledge of our products services and being interested in the economy and global affairs.
Respond promptly to client enquiries and troubleshoot any problems. You will be trained to use our database to manage and update all interactions and follow ups.
You must be prepared to travel and within 6 months to visit our high profile clients.
Minimum Requirements

Any University degree

At least a B for Matric English HG or University equivalent

Comfortable working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment

Have exceptional interpersonal skills and a high client service orientation

Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable with sticking to strict deadlines

Advantage

BCom degree

Previous experience in client services

Interest in global and economic affairs

RemunerationNegotiable depending on experience, skills and qualifications
