Bauen is a medium sized Construction Company with various projects up to R50 milj. working throughout South Africa. The Site Manager will be based in the Cape Peninsula and be responsible for various projects. There is a support system from Head Office for the Site Manager.
The Building Foreman will be responsible for:

Planning: Ensure that planning of assigned work is done, updated, and methods of recovery stated.

Material Management: Identify material needed and follow up with Site Manager to order material according to procedure, schedule and deliveries within budget and time framework.

Sub-Contractors: Responsible for construction crew and sub-contractors on all site dated activities on specific part of work assigned by Senior Foreman/Site Manager. Ensure that sub-contractors payments bookings are done on time and accurately. Controlling, coordinating and troubleshooting on specific part of work assigned must be implemented daily. Measure, record and report all variations on specific part of work assigned on time

QCP and Compliance: Ensure that specific part of work assigned is within and complying with the building regulations and QCP program.

At least five years as Building Foreman.

Relevant Artisan qaulification.

Computer literate.

Proven Management skills.
