Branch Manager- Bearings International
Overview
Bearings Internaltional is a member of the Hudaco Group and is a leading distrobutor of Bearings and Power Transmission products in Southern Africa. We are looking for a well presented, motivated indivdual to join our dynamic team as a Branch Manager for the Polokwane Branch to be responsible for planning, directing and/or coordinate the distribution of product or service in a branch. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals for branch staff. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preference of customers. Will be responsible for contract negotiations and ensuring we deliver accordingly within the Polokwane branch

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / NQF level 4 or the equivalent
3+ years sales and management experience

Self-driven and capable of working alone
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Brief Description of Key Performance Areas
Review Operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Required to review financial statements, sales report,or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement; to identify areas needing cost reduction or improvement
Coordinate activities branch or communicate with departments at head office concerned with the procurement of goods, pricing, sales, and distribution of products to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
Oversee branch staff
Ensure sound financial and administrative control over branch ensuring that comapny policies and prosedures are adhered to
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and services programs
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of ISO and Sheq in the branch
