Overview
A Solar Energy business based in Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their Team. They specialise in solar installations and repairs and are approved installers. The company operates nationwide, providing solar solutions to customers across the country.

Minimum Requirements:
3‐5 years Bookkeeping experience
Pastel and Excel efficient
Time management skills
Excellent Communication skills

Deadline orientated
Attention to detail
Able to work in a team
Strong EQ

Duties and Responsibilities:
Pastel Accounting
Reconciling bank statements
Update employee card balances
Invoicing from job cards
Invoicing stock sold
Capturing deposits paid to invoices
Following up on debtors
Reconciling suppliers
Capturing supplier invoices
Load payments to bank account to be approved by Accountant/Director
Managing clocking system
Payroll
Other ad hoc responsibilities
