MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

A Bar Lady should maintain positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.

Demonstrate Great CARE, COMMITMENT & CONSISTENCY in all aspects of your position, your team members and our guests

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Ability to sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.
Great interpersonal skills
Friendly and sociably confident
Previous bartending experience required in a similar property
Experience in handling point of sale (P.O.S) terminals

Previous exposure to stock & inventory management software
