Our client is a 4* historic Guesthouse property consisting of 3 luxury rooms, 2 family lofts, 3 cottages and conference facilities, situated in the Cape Winelands, and who are seeking to employ a fully experienced and formally trained Assistant FOH & Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate should have some formal qualifications in the Hospitality Industry and approximately, 1 – 2 years’ work experience in this specific industry.

This position will cover Front of House & Sales and the selected candidate will report to the Owner of this property.

The selected candidate will have:

Experienced in Nightsbridge
Knowledge of internet, e-mails, MS Excel & MS Word
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
A professional and friendly telephone manner
Excellent people manner (patience and tact)
The skill-set to deal with high pressure situations and multi-task
