Requirements
- Grade 12
- 5 yearsβ relevant experience in Quality Administration
- Financial and Administration experience in a municipal
environment
- MS Office - Computer literacy including SAP (Quality Modules)
essential.
- Valid Code 8 driverβs license
Key Performance Areas
- Developing and implementing procedures, systems and controls
related to the receiving, updating and recoding of transactional/
operational information and activities associated with the
functioning of the Business improvement
section
- Manage the SAP IMS within the branch
- Coordinates, internal and external audits for the department
- Manages, implements, updates and monitors Integrated
Management Systems activities of the business
- Providing IMS administrative functions to ensure efficient running
of the branch
- Attending meetings, taking minutes/ recording discussions and
meeting outcomes.
