Thirsti (Natural Spring Water), requires the services of a Warehouse Administrator, to be based in South East JHB.
Duties will include:

Loading and offloading of stock for storage and deliveries and checking them against delivery documents to ensure consistency.
Ensure the accurate stock transfers and relocations
Ensure damaged stock is removed from location and report any incidents of stock losses, including theft, damages, incorrect picking etc.
Ensure all inventory items acquired are warehoused in accordance with industry best practise
Monthly and weekly stock taking
Report any stock problems
Preparing orders
Check accuracy of orders despatched
Driving the fork lift
All ad-hoc duties that arise within the warehouse
Maintaining a safe and clean environment in and around the warehouse in accordance with safety standards.

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Forklift License
Minimum of 3 years warehousing experience, preferably in the FMCG environment
MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent Communication skills
Driver’s License
