Job description
TV Strategy and planning
Develop television strategies to support the clients marketing objectives and to drive ROI.
Prepare and update detailed internal documents to help the sales teams.
Evaluate briefs and come up with recommendations for clients/advertisers.
Proactively drive ideas to support the client’s TV strategy.
Must have a clear understanding and knowledge of television planning.
Must have knowledge of TV pricing and packaging.
Manage monthly/annual updates.
Prepare and present regular presentations for relevant clients/advertisers.
Ad hoc
Undertake ad hoc projects as directed by management e.g. new business pitches.
Client service
Build relationships with our clients (internally and externally).

Attend regular status meetings and training sessions where required.


Requirements
Solid understanding of the current SA media landscape.
Research experience.
Planning experience.
Pricing experience.
Research Knowledge and Knowledge of Research tools.
Strength in television and radio.
Solid Excel and PowerPoint (proven intermediate to advance skills).
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills.
Must be able to manage various priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
High attention to detail.
Good analytical skills.
