KEY PURPOSE
To manage the Afripipesβ Clayville reception area and do various administrative tasks for internal departments. The position is temporary for 3 months.
KEY OUTPUTS:
Meet and greet clients face-to-face,
Answer the telephone, deal with queries, transfer calls and take messages where applicable,
Handling the flow of people through the business,
Ensure that all reception tasks/responsibilities are completed,
Ensure the reception area and stationery cupboard are organised,
Enter and update in-house notes and contact lists,
Coordination of appointments and bookings,
Carry out filing and other ad hoc admin duties for internal departments.

Good communication skills (verbal and written)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Matric
A relevant post-matric qualification in business administration will be an advantage
Must be computer literate in MS Office
Must be energetic, presentable, customer-focused, have high EQ and be fluent in English
