We are looking to fill the position of a Telesales Consultant. The role of the position is to contact new business in SMB (Small, Medium Businesses) with selling of the Introstat brand and products. This is a target based position that will require that the individual to achieve monthly sales targets and conduct a minimum number of customer contacts per day.

Skills and Qualifications

Matric is essential
Minimum sales experience of 3 years is required

Job Responsibilities:

Must achieve monthly sales target – 100% achievement
Must make daily telephone calls, minimum of 60 quality calls per day
Grow customer database
Update and manage database, you will be required to find own prospect leads and or clients
Promote monthly specials, ensuring targets are met

The sales consultant will be extensively trained and will be required to attend all training and must become product literate.
