Responsible for the following

Contact leads using the predictive dialler

Present financial services and products on behalf of IRDSA

Conduct needs analysis and convert leads into new business as well as source referrals

Capture sales applications using the in house CRM

Meet productivity, quality and sales targets

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12

Minimum 6 – 12 Months outbound sales experience

Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Data Capturing)

Clear criminal record
