This role will be ideal for a candidate who will be responsible for leading, supporting, motivating and developing a team of Telemarketing / Sales Agents, ensuring that key performance requirements and operational efficiencies are achieved in line with the company objectives.

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
MS Office (Word & Excel) at Intermediate level
2 Year leadership/supervisory experience
Quality Assurance management experience
