Key Purpose
To provide general and specific process administrative support to the Front-End Design Department in order to enable the department to meet its objectives effectively.

Database and Knowledge Management
Project Communication Management
Cost Centre Management - Timesheets for Cost Centre Recovery from projects
Projects Administration - Tracking of Project Progress for Weekly Team Meetings
Process Design Engineering Administration -Transmittals, documentation archives
Specific Outcomes
Education & Experience ND in Chemical Engineering
2 years min experience in Administration, Systems operation and technical
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Knowledge :
*A detailed knowledge of MS Office and its applications. MS Excel Advanced preferred.
*Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* A good understanding of the various departments in the company and their inter-relationship
* A good understanding of the Process Design Group structure, function and vision
Skills:
*Above average computer literacy
